✔️ Database Creation
Start with a blank database, or import data from your current software:

⏰Timeline: A blank database takes 1-5 business days (average 1 day). If you're importing data, it depends on the package you select (see above instructions).

Your Annual Subscription begins on the day your database is ready for use. At this time, you will receive your invoice.
✔️ Configuration Course
Your Onboarding Concierge will invite you to a Configuration Course. She will meet with you afterward to handhold you through any hiccups you may have encountered.
⏰Timeline: 3-4.5 hours

✔️ Orientation Training
Your staff and/or managers will attend a personalized virtual or on-site training. Scheduling is flexible!

18 hours virtual (usually ~3h/day)

Q: How long does the implementation/rollout process take from start to finish?
The timeline depending on the data import option you choose and your team’s availability. Typically, the process—from account setup to training—takes between 1 to 4 weeks. Your Implementation Concierge will provide you with a customized timeline based on your specific needs.
