Your System Admin(s) and Managers will complete 4 live Configuration Sessions with your Success Advisor. During these sessions, you will configure the system together based on your agency’s programs and workflows.

Q: How long does the implementation/rollout process take from start to finish?
The timeline depending on the data import option you choose and your team’s availability. Typically, the process—from account setup to training—takes between 1 to 3 months. Your Implementation Concierge will provide you with a customized timeline based on your specific needs.
