Patent notice
Cleverex GoEngage system is protected by U.S. Patent no. 9,501,464 in the U.S. and elsewhere. This notice is provided to satisfy the virtual patent marking provisions of various jurisdictions including the the virtual patent marking provisions of the America Invents Act.
Privacy and security notice to all users
Cleverex GoEngage system is consistent with applicable laws, executive orders, directives, policies, regulations, standards, and guidance. Please note that i.) users are accessing a U.S. Government information system, ii.) information system usage may be monitored, recorded, and subject to audit, iii.) unauthorized use of the information system is prohibited and subject to criminal and civil penalties, and iv.) use of the information system indicates consent to monitoring and recording.
Acceptable Use Policy
All use of the Cleverex GoEngage system must be in support of your agency’s objectives consistent with the mission and objectives of your agency.
Cleverex GoEngage accounts are to be used only by the authorized owner of the account for the authorized usage of the authorized database.
All information accessible via Cleverex GoEngage should be assumed to be private property of your agency.
Unacceptable Use -
Cleverex GoEngage is a proprietary product of Cleverex Systems, Inc. including the name, functionalities, user interfaces, report format, business processes, design and architecture. Demonstrating or showing the Cleverex GoEngage software to a third party entity that is not part of your agency is strictly prohibited.
Giving out personal information about client families, staff and volunteers entered in Cleverex GoEngage, including email address, home address and phone number, is strictly prohibited.
Users shall not intentionally seek information on, obtain copies of, or modify files, other data, or passwords belonging to other users, or misrepresent other users in the Cleverex GoEngage system.
Cleverex GoEngage may not be used for downloading data for transfer to a user's home computer, personal computer, or other media without your agency’s official permission.
Use of Cleverex GoEngage for any unlawful purpose is prohibited.
Use of profanity, obscenity, racist terms, or other language that may be offensive to another user is prohibited.
Users must report any incidents of possible misuse or violation of this Acceptable Use Policy to agency’s Cleverex GoEngage administrator who will then report to Cleverex GoEngage help desk.
Users must not attempt to access any data, documents, and functionalities contained on Cleverex GoEngage for which they do not have authorization.
Users must not share their account(s), passwords, Security Tokens, or similar information used for identification and authorization purposes.
Information contained in Cleverex GoEngage must not be used for personal benefit, political activity, unsolicited advertising, unauthorized fund raising, or for the solicitation of performance of any activity that is prohibited by any local, state or federal law.
