STAY COMPLIANT
Automated immunization tracking
How It Works: Once your agency activates the integration (~2-3 weeks of wait time, depending on your state's responsiveness), your staff will be able to go into each child's record and click the Query State Immunization Database button to retrieve immunization data.
Why Can't We Have a Batch Query button? Many state systems do not support batch querying or automated sync due to data privacy, access controls, and how immunization records are formatted. Vaccine names and codes vary significantly, and doctor offices frequently enter data inconsistently. A manual, on-demand query allows staff to review mismatches and easily map unfamiliar vaccine codes to the correct GoEngage fields, ensuring clean and accurate data import.

Immunization Sync Not Allowed
Some states do not currently offer API access for automated immunization record retrieval. While we continuously work with state agencies to expand our coverage, the following states do not yet support electronic data sharing:
🚫 Iowa
🚫 Kansas
🚫 Massachusetts
🚫 New York State
🚫 Texas
If you operate in one of these states, we recommend reaching out to your state’s immunization registry to express interest in making electronic access available.

"Our families love not having to provide immunization records themselves. It’s been a huge win for our agency!"
