Learn how to identify and resolve PIR discrepancies by troubleshooting sample scenarios.

In this session, you'll learn how to:

Sample scenarios:

  • A.10 (Enrollment by Age) - Showing fewer children than expected.

  • A.26 (Race/Ethnicity) - Counts are off or duplicating.

  • C.44 (Services) - You provided services, but PIR shows none.

  • C.46 (Father Engagement) - Numbers are much lower than expected.

  • Health screenings completed, but PIR shows missing.

  • Teachers or staff not appearing in PIR counts.
