This workshop provides a guided tour of GoEngage's reporting and dashboard tools. Participants will learn how to filter and navigate POP dashboards, export data across programs, and use CSBG/NPI reporting modules to support compliance and program planning. The session also covers how to set up provider directories for stronger partner visibility.
