Enjoy curated learning sessions with limited participants (<26 per cohort), breakout sessions, networking, and office hours with faculty.

This workshop guides participants through the complete applications and intake process, from initial inquiry to accepted client. Participants will learn to configure system settings, enter and verify applications, manage duplication checks, collect income information, and build complete intake packages. The session also covers milestone management during intake and how to streamline early steps using Quick App and pre-application queues.

Perfect for staff responsible for eligibility, enrollment, and front-end client workflows.
