Enjoy curated learning sessions with limited participants (<26 per cohort), breakout sessions, networking, and office hours with faculty.

This hands-on workshop gives CAP staff the skills to confidently manage projects from start to finish. Participants will learn how to set up projects with essential information, assign case managers, configure services, and link NPI outcomes for automatic reporting. The session also explores how to build referral form templates and manage attendance, notes, and service checks to support day-to-day work.

Attendees will walk away with clean, organized projects and a clear understanding of how project structures strengthen compliance and reporting.
