Enjoy curated learning sessions with limited participants (<26 per cohort), breakout sessions, networking, and office hours with faculty.

The PIR & FA2 Workshop equips your team to streamline year-end reporting and monitoring preparation using GoEngage. Over three days, staff will receive hands-on training in:

  • Year-End Activities – closing sessions, transitions, and group rollovers

  • Agency PIR setup – My Agency, Application Pool, Staff Directory, and Health Workbook mapping

  • Detailed PIR sections – including child development, disabilities, family services, and father engagement

  • Staff qualifications & CRC tracking – align with FA2 standards and avoid last-minute findings

  • Education, family, and partnership data – enter and monitor with confidence

  • My PIR & Review prep tools – monitor compliance in real-time and generate review-ready reports

Participants will leave knowing how to:

  • Auto-fill and verify PIR answers directly from GoEngage data

  • Catch data errors early with integrated monitoring tools

  • Organize FA2 documentation (e.g., CRC, Teacher Qualifications, Class Rosters)

  • Support directors during reviews with clear, accurate, and defensible data

By the end, your staff will be fully prepared to submit a clean PIR, walk into FA2 reviews with confidence, and demonstrate your program’s impact.
