The PIR & FA2 Workshop equips your team to streamline year-end reporting and monitoring preparation using GoEngage. Over three days, staff will receive hands-on training in:

Year-End Activities – closing sessions, transitions, and group rollovers
Agency PIR setup – My Agency, Application Pool, Staff Directory, and Health Workbook mapping
Detailed PIR sections – including child development, disabilities, family services, and father engagement
Staff qualifications & CRC tracking – align with FA2 standards and avoid last-minute findings
Education, family, and partnership data – enter and monitor with confidence
My PIR & Review prep tools – monitor compliance in real-time and generate review-ready reports

Participants will leave knowing how to:

Auto-fill and verify PIR answers directly from GoEngage data
Catch data errors early with integrated monitoring tools
Organize FA2 documentation (e.g., CRC, Teacher Qualifications, Class Rosters)
