This two-day workshop provides staff with the tools to simplify in-kind tracking and strengthen governance systems. Sessions cover:

In-Kind Setup & Tracking – set agency goals, enter donations, record volunteer hours, and manage bulk in-kind entries
Volunteer Directory – organize records, signatures, and reports for monitoring and audits
Non-Federal Share Dashboards – monitor progress toward your 20% match requirement
Governance Systems – manage Policy Council, Parent Committees, Advisory Boards, and Health/Mental Health Committees in one place
Meeting Management – set up agendas, track attendance, and manage stipends or childcare support
POP & Reporting – generate reports that are review-ready and help leadership stay on track

Participants will gain confidence in documenting, monitoring, and reporting both in-kind and governance data, reducing risk of findings and ensuring parents and community members remain meaningfully engaged.
