Enjoy curated learning sessions with limited participants (<26 per cohort), breakout sessions, networking, and office hours with faculty.

This workshop is designed to help your team strengthen compliance, streamline daily work, and stay prepared for federal reviews. Topics include:

Simplify Applications & Approvals – learn how to customize forms, use criteria scoring, and complete final approvals to reduce errors and speed up enrollment.
Strengthen Eligibility Compliance – ensure accurate income verification, housing cost adjustments, and eligibility forms that align with 45 CFR §1302.12 requirements.
Streamline Pre-Applications – set up online pre-apps and queues that save staff time and make it easier for families to apply.
Improve Attendance Tracking – configure policies, lock data for integrity, and set up systems for tardy/early dismissal and CACFP compliance.
Prevent Chronic Absenteeism – use GoEngage alerts and attendance plans to monitor patterns, intervene early, and document family outreach.
