Why directors should send their staff:

Child and family development is the heart of Head Start—and often the focus of reviews. Sending your staff to this workshop will:

  • Reduce compliance risks in screenings, IFSP/IEP documentation, and family services.

  • Improve data quality by training staff to enter and monitor information consistently across service areas.

  • Strengthen family partnerships through better IFPA, engagement events, and parent communication tools.

  • Increase efficiency by teaching staff to use GoEngage features that save time on home visits, screenings, and reporting.

  • Support whole-child outcomes by connecting education, health, and family engagement into one system.

Your staff will come back prepared to lead stronger family partnerships, improve developmental tracking, and build a more review-ready, outcomes-focused program.
