First, find your Portal link
Your program sent you an email with a link to your Parent Portal. Each program has its own link, so use the one from that email.

Open the Portal link from your email in Safari.

Tap the Share button — a square with an arrow pointing up.

Tap Add to Home Screen, change the name if you like, then tap Add.
Android
Using Chrome

Open the Portal link from your email in Chrome.

Tap the menu button — three dots in the top corner.

Tap Add to Home Screen, change the name if you like, then tap Add.
Computer
Any web browser

Click the Portal link in your email.

Click the star in the address bar, or press Ctrl + D (Windows) or ⌘ + D (Mac).

Click Done. The Portal is now in your bookmarks (also called favorites).
Nothing to download. Saving the Portal just creates a shortcut — it’s free, uses almost no space, and you’ll still sign in the same way.
