OVERVIEW

Enjoy curated learning sessions with limited participants (<26 per cohort), breakout sessions, networking, and office hours with faculty.

This workshop equips participants with the knowledge to build and manage ROMA Work Plans that support organizational performance and accountability. Participants will learn how to set up work plans with indicators, managers, and outcomes; connect ROMA activities to projects, partners, and volunteers; and use monitoring tools to track progress and strengthen their annual reporting.
