Our flagship product, GoEngage, helps Head Start and Community Action Programs (CAP) manage every aspect of their work — from child nutrition to parent education, staff coaching to father engagement.

Head Start is a federally funded program that supports child and family development for low-income families.

Community Action Programs (CAPs) empower local communities with services such as weatherization, housing, and employment assistance.

What you'll do

Run manual test cases across web and mobile features.
Log bugs clearly with steps to reproduce, screenshots, and expected vs. actual behavior.
Re-test engineering fixes and confirm issues are resolved.
Flag usability or workflow problems based on frontline understanding.

Who you are

You’re detail-oriented, curious, and methodical. You enjoy finding inconsistencies, breaking things in a structured way, and documenting exactly what went wrong. You understand how Head Start staff use software and can spot when something isn’t behaving the way real users expect.

What you'll bring

Strong attention to detail and consistency.
Clear communication and documentation skills.
Ability to think like both a user and a tester.
Comfort testing on multiple browsers and devices.
Experience with software QA or GoEngage workflows.
Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.

Salary

Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Cleverex Systems has a culture of annual bonuses and performance-based raises.

We are a remote-first company, but employees must reside in one of the authorized states: Virginia, West Virginia, Texas, Georgia.

Remote within the United States.
No travel required.
