Compensation: $45,000 to $56,000 DOE

Founded in 1997, Cleverex Systems is a software company that serves nonprofit organizations.
Our product GoEngage is a software for Head Start and CAP agencies to manage all aspects of their programming. From child nutrition to parent education, staff coaching to father engagement.
Head Start is a federally funded program that comprehensively promotes child and family development for low-income families.
Community Action Program (CAP) aims to empower low-income communities with programming like weatherization, emergency shelter, and employment assistance, and is governed by a board consisting of 1/3 low-income community members, 1/3 public officials, and 1/3 private sector leaders.

What you'll do
Investigate and resolve complex customer issues across multiple system areas
Troubleshoot data discrepancies, workflows, and reporting logic
Reproduce issues and clearly document findings for engineering
Translate technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for users
Support customers in understanding system behavior and best practices
Identify patterns in issues and proactively suggest improvements
Depending on experience: lead consulting engagements with client leadership

A strong logical thinker who traces cause and effect step by step, not by guessing
Able to troubleshoot scenarios, not just answer questions
A clear communicator who can translate complex to simple
Highly attentive to detail—with compliance and reporting, each number must be accounted for!
Empathetic, and able to identify when to escalate an issue
Seeking a role that allows them to give back to the community

What you'll bring
Experience with ERP, compliance, or data management systems
Experience working with Head Start programs (big plus❣️ but not required)
Four-year Bachelor's Degree
If you don't have a Bachelors Degree, but you have used GoEngage for 5+ years at your agency, please apply!

Note: Only Full-Time and Part-Time Employees are eligible for benefits. 1099 Contractors are paid on an hourly basis.
"Flex" clock in/out
Clock in anytime between 8am and 10am, as long as you clock out 8.5 hours later (0.5 hours for lunch break).

Salary
Compensation awarded to successful candidates will vary based on their work location, relevant skills, and experience. Cleverex Systems has a culture of annual bonuses and performance-based raises.
Location & travel
We are a remote-first company, with a preference for Central Time Zone. You must live in Texas, Virginia, West Virginia, or Georgia to be eligible.
