When I started training, I noticed that our participants often struggled to connect theoretical knowledge with practical application. Many felt overwhelmed by the volume of information being shared. In one recent session, a participant struggled to follow a particular step. By working together, we uncovered that a setting in their test environment wasn’t configured correctly. Resolving that issue not only clarified the process but also gave the participant greater confidence in their abilities.

To complement our hands-on approach, I’ve incorporated quizzes into every session. These interactive tools help participants solidify their learning and allow us to gauge comprehension in real time. Agencies have responded so positively to the quizzes that some have requested them for their internal use.
Beyond assessing comprehension, we use quiz analytics to improve our teaching methods. If we notice a pattern of incorrect answers on a specific topic, we revisit how that material is presented and adjust our approach to ensure clarity in future sessions. This continuous feedback loop helps us refine our training to better meet the diverse needs of our participants.
