Once you send us your signed contract, your assigned Implementation Concierge will schedule 15 minutes to pencil in dates for Steps 1-3.
Step 1: Data Import (Optional)
Import the current year's demographics for children, families, and staff.
Step 2: Configuration Session
Your Implementation Concierge will sit down with your managers to configure your database.
Step 3: Orientation Training
Your Implementation Concierge will assign you a trainer, who will work with you to customize an training agenda for each department.
